5.1 All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members — are prohibited and will be returned where technically feasible, or forfeited in cases where the source cannot be confirmed.

5.4 Deposits are credited to the Account in real time for e-wallet transactions and within ten (10) minutes for bank transfers under normal operating conditions. In the event of a network disruption or payment provider outage, crediting may be delayed. Players experiencing deposit issues should contact faf77 support with their transfer receipt.
5.5 faf77 does not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider may impose its own transaction charges, for which faf77 bears no responsibility.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the faf77 cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, although faf77 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in tranches for operational security reasons.

6.5 In the event that a Player's Account is closed — whether voluntarily or by faf77 — any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completion of any ongoing investigations.
